M-navojna matica za zrakoplovne dijelove

Kuglični vijak GLM serije je napravljen od vijka i kuglične matice M-navoja. Njegova funkcija je da rotaciono kretanje pretvori u linearno kretanje koje je budući nastavak i razvoj kugličnog vijka. Značaj razvoja je prelazak u kotrljajući ležaj iz kliznog djelovanja. Uz malo trenja, kuglični vijak se široko koristi u različitoj industrijskoj opremi i preciznim instrumentima.

Cilindrični tip sa M navojem na kraju matice. Maticu treba montirati pomoću M-navoja. Pogodan je za montažu sa cilindrom.

Ocena tačnosti GLM serije je zasnovana na C3 i C5 (JIS B 1192-3). Prema stepenu tačnosti, dostupni su aksijalni zazor 0 (prednaprezanje: C3) i 0,005 mm ili manje (C5).

GLM serija vijaka osovine vijaka materijal S55C (indukcijsko očvršćavanje), materijal matice SCM415H (ugljičenje i očvršćavanje), površinska tvrdoća dijela kugličnog vijka je HRC58 ili veća.
